Hi, I am just curios on how do freelancers keep track of the information of their past clients/projects. Because you can just have a clean history book to recall something if necessary or have a way of recognizing what worked and didn't worked for you in the past.

I am looking to create a tool/software for Pakistani freelancers that would act as their second brain essentially.
So the concept is that freelancers forget info from their old projects/clients that they could learn from, like metrics, what they did that worked and what didn't worked etc..
My software would act as a saving, tracking and learning tool or freelancers. Where they could save their client's info and when they get a similar client, they got use the learning metrics from the software to provide the best results for their client and themselves.
If you can make this idea better I would really appreciate some suggestions. Thanks.

I am making a Software for freelancers of Pakistan, And I want a good launch, I want atleast 50-100 wait lists members before I publish my Software, I don't have much budget for marketing and would solely want organic ways to build my wait list, even with a 10% convert from the wait list would be a good thing for me.
I would love if someone give some genuine advice.

I’ve been talking to a few Pakistani freelancers lately and noticed a few common problems keep coming up.
Getting paid on time is a big one, especially with international clients and limited payment options.
A lot of people also struggle with sending proper invoices that look professional enough for clients abroad.
Client communication is another issue, scope changes, unclear requirements, and revision cycles get messy quickly.
Even tools like PayPal, Stripe, and proper billing systems aren’t easily accessible here, which makes things harder.
I’m trying to understand these problems better and see if there’s a simple tool that can actually help solve one of them.
Koi aisi cheez jo freelancers abhi tak manually karte hain or unka time waste hota hai.
