Imostly end up tying it up, I do not know if this hairstyle is the most flattering on me, but I don't know what else I could do with it

I want to improve my looks. I don't take many mirror pictures but I put most of them here. I aim to look like a pretty girl and/or a librarian

Any advice is welcome
