I have a couple of people in my life that appear to have an ED or adjacent disorder. Apparently, they just can't gain weight due to medical reasons.

One of them is eating abysmally small portions and the other one needs toilet during or just after the meals. Both people have been doing this for a very long time, think decades, so I don't think they are in immediate danger.

I came across people on Reddit thinking they were/are really good at hiding their ED, but my suspicion is that people do know, but don't know how to approach it/whether it's their place/worry about causing more harm.

With denial and lying being a core feature of EDs, how does one start a productive discussion?

If the people closer to them are buying the medical excuse, how do you navigate potentially angering a whole group of people?

Is it going to push the people with ED away and make them even more self-conscious?

Do you just have to accept that they don't know and it's up to them to seek help?

Our cat has vomited a hairball with, what appears to be, small white round uniform eggs(?)

Definitely not the sesame-style tapeworm eggs as they were a lot smaller and whiter.

Based on my research, roundworm eggs aren't visible, so I am unsure what they are.

We are thinking about using a wide-spectrum dewormer.

However, it would be great if anyone knows what it is, so we can make sure that the product works on that particular parasite.

I was wearing Hobbear for a while, while it fit my toebox well, wearing shoes with a thin sole resulted in a flared up knee (previous injury), so I am looking for something with better shock absorbtion.

I just returned three pairs of Sketchers trainers. They were just about okay at the toebox, but I couldn't make a step without them falling off my heel (even when they were small length-wise).

I am looking for trainers that would work for casual, but not super sporty outfit (NB doesn't look like my jam).

Sketchers have the right designs (plain dressy-like trainers), but the fit sucks.
