PayPal is closing my account because I didn’t use it for 3 years

I logged into my old PayPal account after more than 3 years. It says my account is restricted because of inactivity and will be closed.
My balance is $0. Has anyone had this happen before?
Once PayPal closes this account, can I create a new PayPal account using the same email address? Or will I need to use a different email?

34M – Reduced urine flow for the past month. Could escitalopram be the cause?

I’m a 34-year-old male and have been taking escitalopram 10 mg daily for the past 3 months, with no other medications. For about the last month, I’ve noticed that my urine stream has become significantly weaker. Even when my bladder is very full, the urine comes out slowly and with much less force than it used to. I don’t any pain , blood or have problem emptying my bladder or it doesn’t take much time either. It’s just the flow stream has been reduced a lot. I don’t remember having this problem before starting the medication, and I’m wondering if escitalopram could be the cause or if it’s more likely to be something unrelated. Has anyone experienced a similar decrease in urine flow while taking escitalopram and if so, what was the cause and did it improve?

I’m 34 male and I started to notice light patch on my cheek. Any way I can reverse this ?

Can anyone suggest whether these light spots on my skin can be reversed or treated? I also have alopecia on the nape of my neck, and my beard has never grown in fully because of it. I’d really appreciate any advice or treatment recommendations from anyone with a similar experience.
