I'm out of the loop when it comes to Sonic scaling. Are outer and high outer valid high ends and how do they compare to previous interpretations

Was just browsing reddit looking at Sonic scales and cane across this. Is it truly wrong to scale Sonic lower than outer and high outer? If anyone knows the explanation for how the cosmology stacks that high, I'd appreciate it!
