Is this horn supposed to be there?

I got ending A on my first run and my question is, Can I unlock another ending in NG+? Also could I do perpetva's quest in NG+? Also I would like some tips from veterans. Thank you.

It worked fine yesterday and I haven't disabled any setting so idk what the problem is?

I'm done with all areas that I can explore and I can't go past the hall of dawning, and I can't find good information on it. It's so confusing

I'm new to the game and I found an NPC here and she offered to help in my next task. I thought i could come back to her for a difficult task but when i clicked dissent, she disappeared. Was she important?

So basically the black part I think goes in the center and the blue thing goes on top but the problem is that the black part is loose and so when I turn on the dishwasher, the blue thing comes out. Am I missing a part or is the black one not supposed to be there or is there any other reason?
