So in Brazil, if you go Natpop, you can get João Cândido as an admiral, but the problem is that the picture which the game uses is from around 1969, when João died. I did some digging and found some pictures closer to 1936, and how he actually looked like during the game's date

If you play as Brazil around 1940 or 194, you will eventually get an event about the old french guyana. You can either demand Canada to give it to you, or you can get it by offering joining the entente. The problem is, if Canada gives you the region, you simply doesn't annex all of it, this small province keeps being part of the west indies federation, and i dont know why
This is the second this is happening, my game simply crashes after 1941 when I zoom in europe. My computer is good, and the mod is not lagging, not even while the weltkrieg is happening, but the game still crashes everytime I check europe in 1941
So I finally played kaiserredux, and well... i really hated how puppets work in the mod
Is there any submod that changes how puppet works? Maybe making them give their overlord more stuff, because the fact most of my puppets don't give me anything other than some troops is kinda dumb
Dunno if it's only me, but after trying to play a round in a preset im playing, not only the AI refused to make territorial changes (even if the events clearly said territorial changes should've happened), but also took a while for the rounds to be made, longer than it usually takes

I'm using Qwen 3.5 +, which is a good AI, and generally don't make these weird errors in rounds (also sorry for bad english, it's not my main language)
Does someone know any good replacement for the pro AI? I remember at the start of this year it was probably the best AI in the game, being very smart and cheap. Recently I've noticed how dumb and weird it is now, being pretty much not worthy using in detailed and longer runs. Does someone know any good AI with a cheaper or similar price to the pro AI?
I'm not a computer guy, so sorry if anything i say sound weird, but I'm trying my best to describe the problem. (Also, english is not my first language)
So this all started after i installed GTA IV on my steam, i have a good notebook from 2021, so it can run games like War Thunder, TF2, Easy Red 2, and etc. I thought it would run normally, like any other old game does, but it didn't
When I played a bit, the game started crashing, going to blue screen, and giving me these PXE boot error no bootable device found.
I kinda just ignored this problem, until randomly my computer started having this problem, even when I'm not playing GTA IV. Now everything in my computer is slow, steam, Microsoft, Twitter, anything. In task manager, it sometimes says my Microsoft edge consumes 90% of my CPU, even tho i only have one tab, and it's just Google. Sometimes the lagging is so hard, the computer crashes and give me the boot error again.
It was temporarily fixed after I clean installed the computer, but I assume my onedrive brought whatever the problem was back to me, because after the onedrive installed my backup, the problem came back, even when I don't have GTA IV installed on my computer anymore.
Does anyone know the hell is causing this? Clean dysk info says my memory card and SSD are healthy
