Should I message hiring manager directly?

Hi all, I hope you are doing well.

I finished loop/panel interview at a big company 3 weeks ago. I havent heard back yet, so Im assuming its over.

I just wonder if I should message hiring manager directly on Linkedin and ask for feedback.

Usually I dont do this as I understand managers are busy and I should not bother them.

However, he sent connection request first after our initial talk. And before my panel interview, he wished me luck and said him and other team member supporting me. I took that as a positive sign and sent him a thank you note afterward, to which he replied quickly.

Given that, I was wondering as a manager, if you were in his shoe, would you be receptive for a candidate to ask for feedback directly?

Sizing help

Hi yall, hope you are doing well

I’m interested in the Backcountry pair, but my Brannock size is 6EE and the smallest Russell offers for Backcountry is 6.

I heard the Backcountry runs large and roomy, which I assume it would be a bad idea to get 6D for me?

Nick boot durability/longevity?

Hi yall, hope everyone is doing well

Im currently looking for a quality pair of boot and Nick is my top choice. I have a couple questions regarding Nick’s products

Context: I have small feet (6EE brannock) so most of bootmaker dont make products my size. I have option to go with seemingly the best on the market (Nick) or orher Chinese brand (Luosjiet, BrakeHouse, Crush on Retro) that carry my boot size (5.5EE). Most of my usage would be city walk (office worker)

If possible, I want to ask how long Nick boot usually last in your opinion (before you need a resole).

I dont mind paying for a quality product. Though Im a bit hesitant that with Nick’s stitchdown construction, it would cost more to resole in a long run

Thank you
