We are on Hummingbird Drive off of Walnut Blvd near Witham Hill. There is a slender black cat in the neighborhood that has been walking up and down the road crying and howling all day. Some neighbors said they left water out for it, some other neighbors gave it some food and it bit them. They're now going to the hospital.

So here’s the deal, there is a lot of information i need help compiling and preparing for presentation regarding this data center.

We need a focus on the impacts these “Batteries” that Verrus claims will solve the noise, pollution, and power grid impacts. Their webpage uses a lot of buzzwords and doesn’t actually explain the details in a manner that tells us ANYTHING!! PLEASE FORWARD WHAT YOU FIND TO ME!

- SIGNS! While we may have missed the saturday market today, there are A LOT of people who can make signs and show up. We need people at next week’s saturday market. - FLYERS! We can always print more and stick more up. So far i have put up 100 flyers over the course of 2 days. At least 79 have been pulled down. We need them on lancaster and well as downtown. After we understand this we can (POTENTIALLY) file official grievances regarding the salem governing body and potentially laws being violated. THIS MIGHT BE A DEAD END! But idk for sure. I am absolutely miserable. Took my first shot on Friday 6/12 (2mg). Since then I have had constant abdominal pain so bad that it sends me into waves of panic attacks. I'm unable to eat more than a couple small bites of anything at a time, just the thought or smell of food makes me want to vomit. I have been taking zofran twice a day and it only helps take the edge off of the nausea, not the abdominal pain. I've also experienced a drop in blood pressure and pulse which is confusing me, plus symptoms of hypoglycemia. Just totally miserable and unable to function. I'm not sure I can continue with a second injection as a mom with a full-time job 😩
First, so excited to be in community with y'all.
I have always struggled to find an electrolyte or protein drink that I can tolerate. The taste of artificial sweeteners has always made me gag and now the nausea from the early stages of this tirz journey has made it impossible for me to drink them at all. They also tend to give me heartburn.
Do any of y'all have a favorite electrolyte or protein drink? Premixed or powder?
I'll go first: fill a water bottle with water and spray your beds top sheet. The sheet will wick heat away from you as the water evaporates. Creates a cooling effect and allows you to fall asleep!
