Im doing some research on vacation homes in Japan, in the next 4 years we want to buy one (most likely the countrysid), we are based in The Netherlands, Europe. My Japanse is around N4 level.

We need like a agent for paperwork and such, i see that some charge a fee and some are free... there are many sites for Akiya, right now we are just looking and use the Newsletter from Cheaphousesjapan.com could someone recommend a agency to maybe book a call?

Any of you have experience with getting a Akiya while based in EU?

Does someone else have eye (its my right eye) twitches and nose twitches, because of hay-fever? Last 10 days I was in Korea for vacation and I had no eye twitches.

It was only my nose there. Now back in the Netherlands, its my eye again. Its only when in squeeze hard.

I had this before the vacation as well. And in Korea it was my nose. I think it has to do with the pollen. I started taking medication for it.

Does anyone else have this?

Hello!

I want to try red light therapy for my hair, but I have seen people say it works for other things as well!

Does someone have experience with red lights and leg hernias? I have like 20 small hernias (looks like small lumps, getting bigger when there is muscle pressure) on my legs and was wondering does someone maybe have experience with this? Or the healing of fascia with red light?

Around 4 years ago I tried to stich the 2 biggest ones up in the hospital, i regret it. now I have big scars and the lumps just return.
