Peugeot 508 hybrid 1.6 puretech

Hi everyone! What are your thoughts on the Peugeot 508 Plug-in Hybrid (180 or 225 hp)?
I think it’s a gorgeous car, but my main concern is the hybrid system. I’m especially interested in the battery’s long-term reliability.
For those who own one or work on them:

How long do the batteries typically last (years and mileage)?

What are the maintenance and repair costs like?

Have you seen any battery failures? If so, at what age and mileage did they occur?

Are there any common issues with the 1.6 plug-in hybrid drivetrain that I should know about?

I’d really appreciate hearing from long-term owners or mechanics with real-world experience. Thanks!

Opinion Switching to Lenovo Yoga Slim 7a from Macbook Air m4

I’m thinking about switching from my MacBook Air M4 to a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7A, and I’d really appreciate your opinions.

Overall, I genuinely like the MacBook. It feels premium, the build quality is excellent, and the performance has been outstanding. I haven’t experienced a single lag, bug, or any other issue since I bought it.

The only real downside for me is Finder. I just haven’t been able to get used to it. I spend a lot of time working with folders and files, and I often find myself getting lost or wasting time trying to locate things. For some reason, the way Finder is designed just doesn’t click with me, and folders don’t stand out the way they do in Windows File Explorer.

I also can’t really say I’m taking advantage of Apple’s ecosystem. Even though I own an iPhone and an Apple Watch, the only ecosystem feature I regularly use is Apple Notes, since I can write something on my phone and instantly access it on my Mac, and vice versa. Other than that, I don’t really use any of the ecosystem features.

One thing I do like about the Lenovo Yoga is the 1 TB SSD. My MacBook only has 256 GB of storage. I still have around 100 GB free, but I don’t have many files on it yet, so I know storage could become a limitation in the future.

Given all of that, what would you do in my situation? Would you switch to the Lenovo Yoga, or would you keep the MacBook and simply try harder to get used to Finder? If you believe the MacBook is significantly better overall, is it really worth switching just because I can’t get along with Finder?

B48 320i F30 city/urban consumption

Hello Reddit! I’d really appreciate it if those of you who own an F30 320i with the B48 engine could share the fuel consumption figures you’re getting in the city.
By “city driving,” I mean a car that is used mostly in urban conditions, regularly seeing heavy traffic, traffic lights, stop-and-go driving, and short trips.

Or do you think it’s possible to get noticeably better fuel economy if the car is driven gently, in Eco Pro mode, and used exclusively for city driving? 🚗💨

Thanks in advance! 🚗⛽️
