whath are some REALY easy exersises?
so i wanted to lose some weight because summer is coming and I gotta be real , if you're a girl being skinny is the fit. So i wanted to do some simple exercises like a dead hang, squats, etc, but I can't do those things, I literally can't physically do them So I wanted to ask if anyone knows any really easy exercises that I could start with? thx ^^
edit:not to be mean, but I cant do complicated stuff like calculating calories or menus. Im not even 13 yet I just want exercises pls some of you are going full on 3 year fittnes program ,wich i apreciate but i am a literal child XD
