Hiii everyone!

We started working on Water Me & You almost 3 years ago as a group of friends who just wanted to make a game that we ourselves would enjoy playing… and now we find ourselves working on a project that is quite different from what it initially was - and at least twice as big in scope 😅 But here it is:

Water Me & You is built as a genre blending cozy co-op adventure that mixes dynamic gameplay elements that you’d see in games like It Takes Two, with the more relaxing aspect of games like Animal Crossing - which includes various activities like farming, fishing, gathering, or just chilling in your own cozy dwelling after an exhausting day of adventuring!

What this means in practice is that there will be linear adventure parts in which our two protagonists - Ripples and Sprout - change states and use different abilities to run, jump, platform, solve environmental puzzles and fight enemies ... and maybe even face a boss or two! And after each adventure you’ll unlock new Woodling villages that you can help rebuild and restore to their former glory.

We’re not at the point where we can share a specific release date yet… but we do plan on releasing the Demo quite soon!

Our team is really trying to do everything properly, even if it takes more time, rather than hastily and badly. So we’re happy to iterate and reiterate on what we have, especially now that we’re confident this is the version of Water Me & You that our future players deserve.
