Terrible looking pedestal

Looking for advice.

Purchased a house a while back that had a giant evergreen bush on the property line. The bush had to be removed because it completely surrounded all 3 cabinets and they were not serviceable; almost couldn't even see them. The power company is going to be resetting the transformer on a new pad since the unit has sunk 8 to 10" in the ground.

My real question is about the cable and phone pedestas. All the pedestal cabinets in the neighborhood for phone and cable are much smaller, in fact, years back the large metal cabinets were replaced with short plastic units about 10" square.

I can see in the cable pedestal since the door are not latched and somewhat bent from Techs trying to get into the when the bush was there. There is no equipment inside and just the taps for my house and the neighbors. The pedistal is WAY oversized for what's in it.

The phone line pedestal isn't used by my neighbor or myself, but is very tall compared to the others in the neighbor hood.

Question 1: Any suggestions on how to get them to fix this up?

Question 2: It looks terrible and would prefer to have them in a tomb. My guess is that they would do the bare minimum to fix it up, but any guidance would be great. Would they do it for a fee? What would be a reasonable cost?

Question 3: How do I tell what company owns the phone box so that I can contact them?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Too hot to cook

Origional owner of a 3 burner Blackstone. Every time I cook the heat the rolls out the front gap between the top and frame and just about burns my arms as I cook. Just recently I seen a grill on TV that appeared to have a metal insert there that closed the gap on the front to stop the heat from rolling out.

I started investigating and found that the assembly image appears to show something there and crushing the internet I found a picture of some sort of stainless steel piece with a couple holes in it to see the burners. Pictures attached.

Question, am I missing a part or did Blackstone add something later for safety???

Any help would be appreciated.

Firmware download issue for older AP, how to resolve?

My HPE portal was discontinued some time ago and now have a predicament.

My office network contains 11 Aruba IAP-205-US with firmware 6.5.4.14_72510. Appearently, 2 additional nodes there were in an unsed part of the building were disconnected and ended up being left behind when the last firmware updates were install years back.

Now that the building is being fully used, I need to get these last 2 APs to join the others in their cluster newtork.

My problems is that when they EOL took place, they also killed the ability of the cluster to update the firmware in newly added APs. The 2 nodes being added are firmware 6.4.2.6-4.1.1.6_50009. Looking for help finding firmware 6.5.4.14_72510 to any newer version of 6.5.X to resolve. DM me if you are able to help.
