How to say "no" after you just said "yes"

Just found this super helpful video that addresses something I've dealt with repeatedly in camming; saying yes to something and then later realizing I'm not ok with it or don't want to do it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOBSrljwmAc

As a natural people pleaser, I feel like I'm constantly reshaping my identity within camming. Things I've done in the past I'm coming around to realize I'm not ok with. This sub is helpful, seeing that others also don't do dildo penetration and anal gave me the confidence to stop doing the things I disliked most.

I now feel like I want to lean into more of a bratty persona after being a smiley girl next door from the beginning, there's just this growing voice inside of me that wants to reject these men pushing me around! I can change without apology or over-explaining!

Pain/posture

I've been experiencing increased levels of pain since I've switched from freemium sites to Streamate and added more hours to my schedule. My neck and hips specifically are flaring up so much that I have to take today off!

I'd really like to know how you guys are setting up to maintain healthy posture throughout your streams? The privates are taking a toll on my body because I'm trying to keep looking at the screen or camera while playing with myself.

Also really curious how folks with chronic pain are setting boundaries. Some of these positions be uncomfortable!!

Fear of falling off

How are you all dealing with the fear of earnings falling off?? I am finding myself hoarding money and obsessively reading Reddit posts about this.

I understand all of the business-related stuff you can do to ensure better income/stability, such as diversifying. I also teach barre classes, so I'm trying to pick up at least 2 per week to help with certainty around income.

But I'm asking more on an emotional level, how do you relax and trust that you will be ok?

First off, I'm a cam girl and my Fansly is a very low effort thing for some passive income. Custom requests are rare.

I'm on a self-worth journey cuz I can't believe I said yes to this and for WAYYY to low of a price (I don't even want to say) 😭😭😭. I fail to factor in how much time these customs take away from lucrative and productive tasks.

So I'm curious... experienced folks- how would you respond to a request like this?? My gut tells me he should have picked 2-3 of these requests for a regular custom rate, and if he wants this level of specifics, the price might be double or triple that...

(PS I'm not doing this custom anymore, I backpedaled and told him that he's asking for too much, then blocked him once he didn't respond to that message. Whole situation felt horrible but he wasn't gonna be a spender anyway)

I’ve been on CB and SC for 7 months, but I’m just getting started with SM. My earnings have been great and the format really works for me, so I’m trying to shift more of my work over there.

However, I feel uncomfortable listening to audio from clients. It honestly freaks me out, and I know I’d get way more flustered if they started saying weird stuff out loud versus typing, so I’d rather avoid it. I’m not a fan of c2c either, but I’ve kind of trained myself to focus on my own cam and ignore it.

I wouldn’t usually worry about setting this boundary, but today four people ended privates right after I told them. It makes me feel like a lot of them are specifically looking for that, and I might be missing out on money.

I’d love to hear from others on SM about how you handle this. Do any of you avoid audio or c2c, or do you charge extra for it? Thanks <3

Due to life and needing my evenings free to focus on my passion, I am hoping I can find a way to shift my schedule to 12-4pm on weekdays.

Does anyone have a sense of what platform I could make this work on??

I've been on CB and SC and every time I try to stream during those hours, it's so dead. I've only been doing evenings (6-10) just out of necessity, but I'm missing out on things that are important to me.

I just started on SM, and it seems VERY promising for me. I've been on there in the late afternoons the past two days and averaged over $100 per hour. Could just be the new tag tho. Is anyone consistently on SM in the afternoons and having luck??

I know people say that the best hours are what you can do consistently, but this sadly hasn't been my experience on the freemium sites. Looking for any advice I can get on having success in less popular hours. Thanksssss.
