I think the seller thinks I’m the one selling her item?!

So, I put an offer in for a pair of trousers and this person (who has multiple other sales under their belt) is asking me for details about the trousers she is selling.
I’m very confused. Maybe she’s out having a Saturday night tipple?!

Forearms feel like they overfill with blood when I have them by my side as I start to walk from sitting. Complex medical history. New issue? Can I leave it for a while?

40, f, 87kg, 1.81m, non smoker, drink less than 6 times a year and don’t get drunk. No recreational drugs.
I’m in the UK

Meds:
Duloxatine 60mg
Omeprazol 20mg twice daily
Lisdexamfetamine 30mg
Fultium-D3 800

2 weeks ago I came off Ethinylestradiol 20microgram / Desogestrel 150microgram.
I was on it mainly for endometriosis management. And have been on it for at least 17 years.

Medical history:
M.E. Fibromyalgia. Functional Neurological Disorder. Endometriosis. Hiatus hernia. 2 slightly leaking heart valves, Migraines. AuDHD

My Blood pressure when sitting is a pretty consistent 123-129 over 81-90 (regularly test at home because of the Duloxatine and Lisdexamfetamine)

I am mainly housebound and use a powered wheelchair outside of the house as I can only walk to the end of the front garden before having to stop. I cannot exercise effectively without body collapse and regression of ME for several weeks. I can stand for about 10 minutes at a time if leaning gently on something.
This has been my standard for 9 years.

Currently being investigated:
I have lost most of my appetite and have dropped 16kg in 8 months.
Before this my weight has been stable for about 5 years, as I am sedentary due to disability.
Cause currently unknown. Cancer, thyroid, diabetes, medication side effects, ruled out with blood tests and MRI from shoulder to pelvis to check for malignancy.

Added to this are hot flushes, worsening AuDHD, dryness, night sweats, tinnitus, mood swings etc which have been building for about a year and a half. These bits feel like menopause!

I am having a blood test for Addisons (because of the appetite loss) next week, along with my hormone levels now I am off the contraceptive pill.

New thing that I am not sure is related to the ongoing thing?

My blood pressure drops to 110/85 ish, and heart rate goes from 90 to 120 when I stand, and I go dizzy. I suspect pots?
This has been going on for about 3 months.

The concerning bit:

For about 4 weeks, my forearms have started to feel like there is a build up of pressure in them, when I stand and use my arms to carry something, or open a door. This is not consistent, but it’s happening multiple times a day.

It’s uncomfortable, they get heavy. I don’t notice swelling, but they do go darker (I am white and they go a deeper pink), it’s a muted pink, like blood has built up deep inside them, rather than a bump, injury, hot flush, or rash on the surface, which is a brighter pink.

The question:

Is my arm thing likely to fit with the menopause? With suspected POTS? Is is something else?

Do I need to bring it up ASAP, or can it sit until my weight loss and menopause questions are answered?

As I am going through extensive testing and many appointments with the GP, I am reluctant to add this new issue on top to complicate things whilst we are trying to work out my weight loss and possible menopause, unless it is urgent!

Thank you in advance kind folks!

Can I use “spin and drain” with dry garments?

Hi folks, I’m in the UK with a front loading beko washing machine.
I have just got a quilted Silent Night Mattress Topper that came vacuum packed and the instructions say “shake vigorously for 5 minutes or put in a dryer for a few minutes” to allow the fibres to bounce back to their original shape.

I don’t have a dryer. I can’t shake it because I’m physically disabled.

Can this setting be used to spin the topper so that it fluffs up, replicating the vigorous shaking?!

It’s obviously new and dry, so I will stop it before the “drain” part of the cycle!

The topper can be machine washed, according to instructions.

Is there a way to find and delete only my public comments on Facebook?

I want to clear my Facebook to make it more private without nuking it completely, because I want to move away from it but none of my friends and family will so I need to stay to keep in touch!

I can find a way to find and delete ALL my comments, but I just want to remove my public ones. Is there a way?

The activity log doesn't have any filters for comments to select public only, annoyingly.
