What exercises should I do?

The outsoles of my shoes get worn down at the outer side. I search and found out I put my weight to the sides instead of the center. I realized my legs aren’t straight and my knees are somewhat bent inward

What exercises can I do to strengthen my feet/ leg muscles?

I became amc A lister when I saw the 99 cent promotion.

July is my last mandatory month I have paid. So far I have enjoyed the movies (apart from going alone most times and seeing everyone have a buddy 😭) . So many good movies came out one after another. Though I don’t have anything to look forward to after July. I think I might cancel after the promotion ends. Anyone having the same thoughts?

Update: everyone is giving good points and were helpful so I’m keeping it 😛

▲ 8 r/braces

Start of new treatment (gummy smile treatment with braces and TADs)

New braces with a orthodontist that will use TADs to fix my gummy smile 😃
I got bumpers too 😒 (they will stay until my teeth are more aligned)

I will get the Tads after a couple of months.

I’m on day 16 and when I swallow I feel a tightness inside mouth (kinda feels like when you poke the gum with a tooth pick or something pointy) anyone had a similar experience??

I think I messed up by letting the giant blood clot stay on top of my back molar because it’s now a granulation tissue.

My last post explains it better .

Today I went out and did more talking than what I have done these past days so my teeth and tongue irritated the left side of the granulated tissue so it’s currently bleeding a bit but nothing to worry about (pic not included here). Fortunately I see my dentist tomorrow. Though I am embarrassed to show whatever mess my mouth is. I was honestly very underprepared and ignorant on what the correct process to recovery is. I honestly couldn’t tell where the surgical site is so I just didn’t mess with any blood clot that formed on day one which I think is now a mistake. I am freaked out that that blood clot now looks like the inside of my cheek and I think I’ll need to get it laser off (which suck for me and my wallet :,)

Is this normal?

After looking at recent pictures here, I realized that mine didn’t look like yours.

On day one I had minimal bleeding before I took off the gauze to fall asleep. Some blood accumulated on the molar and I didn’t touch it because I read that I shouldn’t mess with it and that it was normal. This happened to the other side too. Some time passed and now the back molars have the blood clot as shown in the last picture. I’m officially on day 5 still.

Anyone had the same situation? Luckily I see my dentist again on Tuesday.

Update: 3

So far I’m doing good. The swelling is going down each day. I’m still on liquid diets and today I realized I haven’t taken a 💩 which is now concerning me. I can’t open my mouth more than an inch and I searched online that it will take a week to get more mouth movement.

It’s been 48 hours since my surgery

Update. It seems I’m even more swollen than yesterday. I’m still producing saliva with dark red blood. The stench is bad too. I’m taking Advil. Woke up in the middle of the night because my cheeks were throbbing and aching so I had to ice it. But recently found out that icing it is good at the beginning not after. Apparently using a heat pad after the 24hrs to 48 hours helps promote healing. I guess I won’t be icing my face anymore.

It seems I have stitches on one extraction site. So far it seems okay.

So far I have eaten apple sauce and chicken noodle soup broth. I tried eating solids but that seemed hard. Im paranoid that the blood clot will come out if I do.

I can’t open my mouth fully. But as of now, pain is 1/10.

I’ll update in the comments and after a day or two I’ll make a post again

Wisdom teeth diary:Got top left and bottom two removed today.

Progress pics

It’s night time now so I took the gauze out.

Only problem is that my right side of the face is swollen. And I’m producing a lot of saliva with blood.

I’ll update tomorrow.
