What to do with Codex 1-3 stuff now? Is there a market for it?

Finally got around to opening Thunder’s Edge and organizing it all. Is there any market for the printed codex 1-3 material still? Not sure what to do with it now and would love to try and sell it to someone who isn’t planning to get TE.

I also have like 80% of an organizer that I have no use for as I only repurposed part of it in order to re-organize with the added material. Same issue with that. I guess I could re-print the rest and try and sell it as a full TI4+POK organizer?

First Chapter Gift Sets, old marketplace listing suddenly gaining traction (keep or sell)

Have several first chapter gift sets listed at $80 on marketplace for the last 6 months. Suddenly getting a bunch of messages about them. See that lowest listing on tcg is about $100 with shipping so selling local at $80 is about a push in terms of fees and convenience. With the rest of the interest spiking, do gift sets look like a long term hold again? It’s the last of my first chapter sealed product and wondering if I should pull the listing or not.

First game with TE coming up. Considering playing with the fine TE factions + Keleres. Anyone try this?

Got Thunder’s Edge last year at launch but had just finished an overdose of async games (I was playing 10+ games simultaneously for months) and got burned out so I haven’t organized a game since then. Finally ready to get back to it and organizing a gameplay for my birthday here in a few weeks.

5/6 players have played several games, two of them have played around 10 games and I’ve played close to 100, but one guy has never played so the experience levels are all over the place.

Since TE comes with 5 new factions and a slightly updated Keleres, we were considering making these the six factions we draft. Has anyone on here done this setup yet? Any reason we should or shouldn’t do this? Would love to hear thoughts.

Edit: we are not going to do a Milty Draft, I just wrote that partially out of habit and to make the initial post a little shorter. We are going to draft our faction in advance so the more novice players can learn what their abilities do. Then, we are going to generate the map the morning of, roll randomly for speaker, and then draft our slice in the map through an auction system. Basically, every slice, one at a time, is auctioned with players bidding TGs. You receive the difference between the amount you bid for your slice and the amount bid for the highest slice as starting TGs. This helps balance the slices and jump start some economies, shortening the game a bit.

I think I just messed up! (Metal out and shock same day)

I was following the instructions from my pool place, and I misread that I needed to wait for a couple days after the metal out to add the shock, I thought it was four hours.

I added the medal out four hours ago and just added shock and all of a sudden the bottom of my pool is stained black, I’m trying to scrub it, but it won’t come off. I added some more metal out, and not sure what to do now.

Help is much appreciated!

Had some close calls but now I’ve got Jeff Hays voice in my head (iykyk).

“NEW ACHIEVEMENT” - System AI

I go to the convention at the end of the summer every year, and almost missed a day both of the last two years. Once, I remembered with two minutes left in the day. Timing is right before the 800 day streak this year so hopefully I’ll keep it!

We are not drafting Yaxel, just eliminate that option from your mock drafts

If you think Presti is drafting a 24yo under any circumstances, you haven’t been paying attention at all. This would be a tremendous shock based on how this team scouts prospects and people treating it like this is the most likely pick are stuck in some bizzaro echo chamber.
