Need a change

This is my hair, air dried after washing. I need a new style but want to keep lenght and give it a fuller look. Current on multivitamins estrogen due to menopause. Suggestions welcomed.

Entertainment ideas

Under the extreme heat wave for a few more days. Twix can do zoomies in the house but overall she is just not happy unless she can run outside. I have a pool but even then it is in the sun till after the sun goes down. Try to walk at night but still so stuffy. She has some toys but she keeps going to the door. I play hide and seek with her when she is not following me. Anyone else have some ideas to keep her entertained?

Testing the water

Twix not sure about this pool. My lab mix will go in. Twix she is okay with her front legs in right now. Other than that she treating it like the world's biggest waterbowl.

My hair never looks brushed

My hair will never hold that just styled/brushed look. I have naturally wavy hair. Even when I apply curl cream, mousse it will hold for awhile but I don't have time for that routine in the morning. I don't want to keep using heat products to style it. It will look nice after asalon trip for maybe a few hours.

I try to wash my hair every other day. Little heat and if I do I add heat protect spray.

Sorry if this is TMI

I have been on Estradiol for a few months. Lately I noticed after intercourse I have a fishy odor. I had BV before but when I did the smell was continuous. I have no other symptoms. Anyone else experience this and any suggestion if I should change my HRT? ​ The only thing I do now is take a shower right away.

Oxidative stress

Will try to keep this short.

One I turned 48 had bad brain fog, concentration issues, mood swings, muscle fatigue and headaches. Due to already having a brain tumor that was the doctor first thing to check. Mri was normal.

Sent to Gyn and had low estrogen but due to having a hysterectomy (still have ovaries) not exactly sure where i am exactly as far menopause. Started Estradiol 0.025 twice weekly patches. Some slight improvement but the brain fog/headaches still there.

Went back to neurologist. Starts me on vitamin D, alpha lipoic acid, coq10 and magnesium. Headaches nearly stopped. Neurologist thinks it maybe oxidative stress due to low estrogen. ​However I am on lamotrigine due to having epicranial fugax but it is a different type of headache I experience along with regular headaches.

If HRT doesn't seem to help it might be a good to ask about this to see if it maybe part of the problem.​

Waiting on follow up appointments to see next steps

By chance anyone find keys or know of someone who did at the afternoon graduation on the 13th at Radio Music Hall? Nobody has turned in and we sent up for the boomerang. ​
