I just finished reading Yesteryear and WOW. I haven’t read a book that had me in a chokehold like this in awhile. It used to take me forever to finish a book but I loved this one. Can anyone please recommend more books like this one - I can’t pinpoint what made me love it so much but I really couldn’t put it down!

I’m getting conflicting answers, can I have coffee at the same time as taking my pill?

I’m on day 4 of 0.8mg and WOW. No symptoms - even though I also have my period. I have lost 5.2lbs (that’s probably water weight) and I’m never hungry, if anything I make myself eat. I have never had this little food noise. Thank you for everyone on here and all your advice, I would not have started this if it was not for this community.

I’m a 30y/o female weight at 220lbs. My goal weight is 130lbs and I have tried injectable GLP1 but the nausea was too much. I am currently debating between the foundayo pill and wegovy pill, can anyone share their experiences and which you think is better.

I recently obtained a prediction from a doctor on PlushCare for Foundayo 0.8mg. I live in Canada so I had her send it to Target CVS in buffalo. Without insurance it’s costing me $700USD. I’m confused because I thought it would be $150 a month. Can anyone weigh in on their experience? And if you think I should try another option (oral only pls)

Hi everyone, I recently had a visit with a doctor to talk about starting Foundayo 0.8mg and we were taking about my habits in this meeting. I mentioned that I think 5-6 Coke Zero cans weekly and she told me that is a factor leading to my obesity as artificial sweeteners cause obesity. Is this true? I’m so confused by that
