Rewatching the Raimi Trilogy in 4K

With BND in theatres I thought I’d revisit the OG.

I think as someone who grew up with Andrew and would be the target demographic for Tom’s Spider-Man upon releases: the original trilogy is just different man, levels above in writing, directing, music, heart and soul. It’s just something about the way it takes its characters so seriously and is so confident in its themes.

I think it’s really telling that BND being the most well-received of the Holland movies, also happens to be that it’s pulled a lot from the original trilogy in terms of its sincerity.

I love every Spidey film, but it’s just different with the first 3. And no it’s not nostalgia, I wasn’t even alive until the third one.

Buy these movies in 4K, best decision ever: quality is perfect, sound design is so enhanced. You catch the littlest of details you might’ve missed.
Fell in love with the character all over again.
