Burnt out at contract job and feeling stuck

I’ve been struggling a lot mentally and I just feel really overwhelmed.
I’m working through a contract job right now, but I came into it already burnt out from a really toxic job before this. I thought I could reset, but I honestly feel worse.
I’ve been dealing with my mental health for a while and I’m on different medications, but they don’t always work consistently. I’m on Lexapro right now and it honestly has me feeling off sometimes. If I miss a day, I can literally feel everything start to spiral again.
I’ve had moments where I feel like I mentally “break” and just need time away from everything. I’ve been calling off work more than I want to and I can see it becoming a pattern I don’t like, but I feel like I’m barely holding it together some days.
I really just need a break, but I also feel stuck because I need income and responsibilities don’t pause.
I don’t even really know what I’m asking for — I just needed to get this out. If anyone has been through something like this or has advice on how to cope when you’re at your limit but still have to function, I’d really appreciate it.

Looking for advice on how to be a safety coord. From the pros !

Hi Redditors ! I have a question on how I get in a project management I come from a call center or data entry background and I would love to get a certification and doing something administrative wise on a construction field. I don’t have any background in construction and I wanna know how to get my foot into the door on being a project manager , or a safety coordinator role . It doesn’t have to solely be in construction. It can be anything but safety coordinator is something that I’m looking forward to. I am in the central Columbus Ohio area.
