I started working after I graduated in this company, I worked from October to March (6 months)..... Due to poor technical lead and continuous abuses I had to abscond that organisation, they had my first PF account created and all....

Then again after gap of 2 years I landed another job and I am still working here for more than 3 years now....

I got an offer letter after interviews and all....bgv pending and I have submitted form 16 as proof of service certificate as had to mention the first employer due to PF account.

My question is in company offer letter it is mentioned they need relieving letter / service certificate or experience letter from all past employers, how can I convey what I went thru or that I absconded and cannot get relieving letter from my first organisation.

Please help....

I started my career right after graduation and worked at my first company for about 6 months. Unfortunately, due to a toxic work environment and continuous verbal abuse had to abscond from there. There I got my first epfo created and had to mention it in every job application I was submitting.

After a gap of around 2 years, I joined another company where I have now been working for more than 3 years.

I recently received an offer after clearing all the interviews. My background verification is still pending. Since my first employer appears in my PF history, I disclosed that employment and submitted my Form 16 as proof of employment because I do not have a service certificate.

However, the offer letter mentions that I need to provide relieving letters from all previous employers.

Since I absconded from my first company, I cannot obtain a relieving letter from them. How should I explain this to the new employer? Has anyone been in a similar situation? What usually happens during background verification in such cases? Or how to get this offer I have.

I got offer from Infosys and I had mentioned a company my first employer as I had PF account with them.... I had to abscond that company due to toxic Team Leader and continuous harrasment, so the duration I was with them was 6 months....

Now BGV is under process and in my offer letter they have mentioned to get all the past employers relieving letter, I have form 16 from them....

How can I convey it or what should I do from here...
