Hi everyone,

So my spouse got an ITA in yesterday’s draw which we weren’t even expecting. He worked one job from sep 6th to March and then started a new job in March onwards. I don’t know how but the system allocated him 2 years points in July instead of August. Our assumption is that it is marking two years at the end of August so that’s why we got the points early.

My question is if we should accept the ITA and submit the application just on the last day when he’ll reach 2 years. Will that be considered misrepresentation?

I just spent a full day at ER ruling out ectopic pregnancy. Thankfully it isn’t an ectopic pregnancy but they did my vitals again and my B-HCG is 750 right now and was 215 last Tuesday. My doctor did say that it could be a pregnancy loss later because I am having super light spotting (brown blood). I am just wondering if anyone had low beta hcg initially and ended up having a viable healthy pregnancy.

I am applying for UK visit visa to visit my brother in law and his family for a week. I’ll be travelling with my husband. We both work full time jobs in Canada but don’t have PR yet. Our permits are expiring next year in May so I am worried if that’ll be an issue.

We have enough funds, proper bank statements, frequent travel to US that show ties to Canada. Is there something else I should keep in mind while applying?

I am looking to book a flight for US but I am not sure how much are the cancellation charges or change charges. I did read somewhere that it is $150 but wanted to confirm. I do have the TD AEROPLANE VISA INFINITE that I’ll use for the booking.
