To those na naay kaila or under sa club, unsa pa ang perks na makuha aside sa free embroidered cap and pin? Gusto unta nako mujoin pero medyo steep yung registration (given the initial merch provided to you. I’m just starting to invest slowly in coffee making stuff hihi

Good for reading mga et, bought it for 5000 last February, selling it for
₱3300 (slightly negotiable and much lower compared to other second-hand markets)
Inclusion of the Nokia USB Micro-B charger and data Micro-B cable.
With a blue case.
Can do meetups inside the campus.
Reading status can be synchronized to an iPhone using a third-party app and KoReader (I can help you set it up)
Minor issues:
- dead horizontal pixels at the top, but a very small part is affected, which doesn't really affect the reading experience.
- The rubber power button was torn off due to an old part, can be clicked with a long nail hehe
bilhin niyo na please, kindly help a brokie scholar here hehe charot :>>
Henlo guys! I plan to offer this service across the Jacinto campus: student-friendly prices, espresso-based coffee, and ceremonial-grade matcha, delivered to your class's doorstep. I really need your opinion on whether it would work and if willing ba kayo to buy. Gusto ko mag-offer ng paid pilot testing and free tasting for those I see willing to do a word-of-mouth approach.
I would be greatly pleased if sasagot po kayo sa survey, and also share with your fellow classmates... thankies :>
ps. might offer this during the first week of july.
Hello, may I ask whether anyone here has done underloading or dropping of subjects to make room for other commitments, such as part-time work, etc? Is it easy or need pa pumunta sa cluster head? Thank you
Idk where to start, but I will alter a bit some core details of my shit to protect my family's and my identities.
I was a top-performing freshman in one of the Big 3 schools in a metro city here in PH. It was around the 2nd semester, and I was integrating well with my friends and the environment there (the first semester had been hell for me before I got medicated). I was courting a girl, actively practicing with my bandmates, and casually doing some quick matcha hopping on the weekends. Life was bearable when I was on my meds, such as Venflaxine and Methylphenidate for my ADHD. I was going to be a Dean Lister or probably a PL pa siguro, but one message on Thursday night at the last week of March, after reading it, everything went downhill. Our family has been placed under a bounty for allegedly stealing a huge chunk of money (which has not been true in any way, basta). I know my parents had been in a network of Ponzi schemes, and I know deep inside it's unsustainable, not legal, and lastly, it's ethically wrong (and there's another whole debate whether the wrongdoing of the parents should/n't be borne by the children). That's why, from the start, I've been kind of distancing myself from any activities linked to it, and somewhat from my parents. Nag-apply rin ako ng scholarship, to cover half of my tuition fees kasi, I know if tataob tong operation, eh back to square one naman talaga kami, we never really had a strong financial foundation to begin with.
So ayun, we decided together with my sister (who's now also fleeing back abroad) and my other sibling, pumunta here sa Manila to find safety. And dito kami nagkita-kita saglit ng fam ko to discuss on what's going to happen next. Our planned itinerary for the week before sending my sister to abroad kasi nandun rin family niya (as this was planned way ahead), was just replaced with hourly changes in location, deleting all social media accounts, chipping away the SIM cards, and going on hiatus all throughout my fam, as we're continually tracked by the hitman. Businesses, even before that syndicate, were also sold, as were properties. Tas ayun before leaving us, she made sure na okay ako with my younger sister dito sa Greater Manila Area. Naging separated nadin kami ever since for our safety.
As I was reflecting on what happened in a short span of time, pota parang hirap idigest habang nagmumokmok ako sa isang parang barong-barong na apartment doon for 2months, nakatulala sa kisame, habang iniisip na baka deserve ko lang rin to. Okay na dun lahat eh, but I had to leave everything behind back at home, my love life, my academics, my stability, my friends, lahat ko sila naging multo. Pero wala eh, kahit gugustuhin ko pa naman, di rin nila ako kayang ipag-aral. I even blamed myself for choosing such an expensive school, baka naging idealistic lang din ako. Tas ayun, my meds were depleted na.
Hirap itaguyod kahit willpower kasi eh, walang-wala narin. Kaya ayun napapagtanto ka nalang na gusto mong mamatay (minsan). Yung nagbibigay nalang ng dopamine hit eh yung paggamit ko ng AI like Gemini saka ChatGPT, at first parang okay pa pero kalaunan parang nakakalala lang siya ng impulsivity ko, reaffirming me on what I did on some things we're just right, and maybe they we're pero ibang-iba padin pala if kausap mo guidance counselor or therapist na afford ko pa noon, pero ngayon sobrang imposible na. You can't even rant so much of this to your friends, as they might be turned off by your excessive trauma dumping, and yeah di rin siya yung simpleng problema lang.
Nakaka-isolate. Nakakaburnout, pero wala kang safe fallback option, nakakaiyak. You wanna blame and be furious with your parents pero wala ka na ring energy para gawin.
Sorry for venting this shit here, pero I think mas okay na dito ko irarant kesa sa AI pabalik ahaha.
Henloo, can someone critique my resume? My impatient ass cannot tolerate asking myself bat wala pang kumukontak sakin huhuhuh.. Currently looking on an entry-level job especially sa OLJ. Open to recommendations. Tysm!
Hiyaaaa, can I ask what the process is for transmuting GE units transferring from AdDU to ADMU? I completed the GE units back at AdDU, especially in Theology and Philosophy (and I would really root for these hard ahh subjects, especially the brutal passage of rites in taking Philo classes every AdDU student has to endure during their tenure). Would they still credit it fully, given that they are sister schools, or would they credit only a portion (generously 25-40%)?
Also, I would like to ask about the financial aid thingy. Just to give you some background, I am currently on a 1st-year LOA back at AdDU due to financial reasons, and I needed to relocate here near Manila to find a job (and I might reside here for a while). I was hesitant at first to transfer here because I also had generous scholarship aid at AdDU, and I didn't want to go in vain. But after reading the website info, I got eager to take a shot (I will take the ACET after my gap year to earn some bucks first). I came from a low - to middle-class family with a sister abroad, but she could only provide so much. We pretty much have no stable income for now, until I get hired at my new job. Would they also consider the merits of the financial aid applicants possess to nitpick those who are deserving to be in the aid slots? Does a high ACET score still matter for a sophomore transferee? My previous grades(which were decent)? Having a disability? How does it fully work, ba? I'm kind of pressed between choosing a safer option back in Davao or trying my shot at ACET, especially since my program is under Computer Studies, and I've heard anecdotes from my friends here in Manila, in the tech scene, of how broad and good the network is if you've graduated from ADMU. (I might also use this program as a pre-law, as I might pursue intellectual property and cybercrime law, but it's a story for another day, wala namang masamang mangarap siguro hehe).
Thank you sa pagbasa :>
