My son caught this. Is it a Channel or a Blue cat? Thanks!

My son is after a coppernose bluegill. We think our ponds were stocked with some years ago. Is this one and if not what do we need to look for? Thanks!!!

Is this a Shellcracker or a pumpkinseed? Our other shellcrackers have been more washed out so I was hoping for our first pumpkinseed.

I’m trying to improve my sunfish ID but some I second guess my self.

2. Warmouth
3. Greengill???

My son is working on a species list and this would be his first shellcracker. He is badly wanting a longear and pumpkinseed. Thanks for any help!

My son caught this in middle to lower South Georgia. Looks more like a bullhead to me but I’ve never caught one this big. Lower jaw sticks out but it’s on a lipper tool so is that why? Looking at anal fin that seems to tell me bullhead. Any help? Thanks!

What’s the opinion? I suck at knowing which is which between these 2. My son caught these and is still working on catching his first longear. These are in the middle lower part of Georgia. Thanks!
