27x Step 2, 30+ research items in Psych (one with a derm-psych outcome). Of late feeling the urge to switch to derm. Are there any open spots/programs that may consider me? I do really like psych, but I know I love derm just a little bit more. My dream practice would be one where I blend the two disciplines in some shape or form.
