So this is what I came up with for a clarity first eq and an in-house tuning philosophy we call presence tuning. I sat with this for 3 days and tested extensively. As always music and eq are subjective so if this isn’t for you that’s okay feel free to leave a comment anyway. If you do like it however let me know as well I love hearing from everyone.
Hey guys Silantic Interactive here I spent some time tuning these with our new Presence first tuning. I will say it took a while longer 3 bands are not a lot to play with.
Wavelet was not used because the point is to have a universal tuning for both iPhone and android.
Finally this won’t be for everyone it’s meant to be exciting and still have clarity with vocals feeling in the mix instead of outside it. Some may love it others may hate it audio is subjective.

Okay so I’m fairly certain I’ve fixed the eq on the xm5. this is very vocal heavy but I kept the bass heavy enough that thumps still hit. The point of this was intimacy and presence first in the midrange and vocals some may not like it but let me know what you think. Also this was tuned on iPhone since aac is more universal but this should also work on those phones that have ldac.
Ps. make sure any post processing like dsee extreme is turned off it influences the sound.
Pps. If you want more fullness move the 400 hz up one to negative one enjoy!
So I was playing around with the new custom EQ in iOS 27 with AirPods Pro 2. Because of how Apple has stacked their features you can run the Music app EQ preset Electronic, the AirPods custom EQ, and Headphone Accommodations set to slight all at once and together they create the best sounding AirPod Pro 2 I’ve ever heard. The custom EQ curve won’t be for everyone and people might not like the preset. So, play around with it try different combinations, and let me know what you found.

Hey everyone im Silantic Interactive I work mainly as a creative director/narrative designer. I do not code or do art I mostly focus on story direction, worldbuilding, narrative systems, and design documents. As you can see from the title I am looking for someone experienced in Godot to work with me as a partner to make a vertical slice about 20 minutes or so.
Concept:
A first person shooter where autosave works against you. every time the game autosaves there is a chance you get pulled back to the previous save it is random. you will have to adapt because each time you get pulled back enemies reset so every single play through is different. Also the more you get pulled back the more you hallucinate and the more side effects hit you. (see design document for specifics).
