Does anybody have any info on this place? We’re having a family bday party here but after looking at the pricing on the menu I’m having second thoughts. Any info will help

Played all week, felt like I was conquering the world just me and my horse, kept seeing all these blue things to stand on and thought they would let me fast travel later in the game so I played along. Stepping on them and shit. Fast forward to 60 hours of gameplay and I see my roommate fast traveling and told me I could’ve been doing it the whole time. Needless to say I felt betrayed, by myself. Now I have to tell my horse friend I’m not gonna need her as much. It’s bitter sweet
