I am at my wits end with plavstation. I have had mv psn emai and password changed over 5 different times this vear alone. Keep in mind that 1 use the same email (I have changed my email to an onlv Plavstation email since it kept getting compromised) for my Xbox, steam, and Nintendo accounts. Those accounts have never been compromised or have allowed for my email and/or password be changed without my permission. Like playstation has allowed. I don't share my account with anyone else and I have a pin to ensure I can login into My Plavstation. After spending over an hour going through different representatives and different supervisors telling me that thev are "the last line of 'defense" for plavstation account recovery support. They are informing me that they cannot change any information per the person that hacked mv account told them to not allow any changes at all. And that their supervisor's supervisor cannot do a single thing is crazy. Keep in mind I the information of who I sent psn messages to last, the multiple order confirmation numbers and transactions that were last done, the last three games I've played, etc. And they are not wanting or according to them, arent able to allow me access back to my account. If there's any way that y'all can help me. Id be great. If i do not get my account back, I will definitely no longer be a PlayStation Supporter.
