Non touristy part of Peru things to do

I’m going to Jauja/Paccapacha area in Peru which I think most people traveling to Peru don’t go to… but on the off chance that you’ve been by here, what’s there to do?
Going to visit family there so not like I can choose to go elsewhere plus I’ve been to Lima and all the classics many times :-)

(NJ) rentals - some realtors showed me a form to sign when touring a rental regarding their commission and some just verbally/texted it

I’m not saying I’m trying to get away from the realtor fee. But I do want to make sure what I’m paying for was done properly.

When I toured one rental, the realtor gave me a paper to sign that outlined that I was aware of the realtor fee if I went thru with the process.

But this other place only mentioned it by text/in person and not any formal document. I applied and it also didn’t have any mention of it. I just got approved and she mentioned it briefly as part of the overall fees. I assume when she has me sign the lease the realtor commission will be there. But did she handle this correctly and by the law?

I just don’t want to pay if she didn’t disclose things properly and I have a case to argue she did this wrong and I shouldn’t cover the commission/fee.

Utilities

How much do you guys normally pay for utilities (gas for hot water, electric, internet) for a 1 br apartment alone
Specifically if you’re in historic district does that change anything?

Trying to see my new costs from moving from central jersey to here
Thanks!

Since when do rentals have broker/realtor fees?

Haven’t rented a new place in 5 years and I found this on Zillow and previous one was through a company.
Now I’m viewing new apartments and even though some have their own leasing department, there’s a one months rent realtor fee.. wtf???

PMI-PBA exam

Has anyone taken the PMI Professional in Business Analysis exam? How long did you study? Did you use any practice tests you found very helpful?

I’ve been working as a Tech BA for 5 years now and when I read some study guides it seems so.. easy. But I read somewhere that it was much harder than other agile certs like Scrum or PM.

I’m showing my apartment to people and although my landlord has never been able to fully resolve this 4 year roach issue, she asked me to not mention it to visitors because she will “fix it before they move in”.

I laughed because she can’t be serious and I was in a hurry. But now I’m getting interest from people and about to schedule viewings but I feel bad. I should tell them.. right?
I should mention that me leaving early (in 1 month vs 3, which I cannot even physically do and would cost me a lot to stay) is dependent on someone moving in. So I think she knows I want to sell it to someone immediately but I just feel gross about it.

I can’t start finalizing plans for myself if I know I won’t be able to leave but who’s going to move in to an apartment that has an ongoing roach issue? I also believe the last people who lived here didn’t disclose this for this very reason. I even asked them a year later if they ever had an issue and they admitted yes sometimes but this isn’t sometimes.

Edit - as much as I want to label it an infestation because that’s what it’s felt like, every exterminator has deemed it not to be and I’m aware it is not. It doesn’t help I share walls with other tenants in the building but treating just this unit is all the landlord can do, or says so. I know all owners can come together and bomb the entire building but will they do that? No. Which is a huge reason as to me leaving now that I have the funds for a hopefully less gross apartment. My landlord called me ahead of the visits to say she did mention the “infrequent bug issue” and I can elaborate on what I saw so I will and was going to anyway because I really wish the past tenant did.

With my first pair, the left one started echoing and had this loud uncomfortable noise when I opened my jaw or when new music would happen (a new song or I pair it or I put them on) or random times too.

Apple sent a replacement and now it’s happening again.

I noticed something else today when running with them (before this issue began again)that it just stopped being as clear as the right one. It sounded faint in comparison. I wonder now if it’s because of my sweat.. but would the right one have the same issue?

I’m messaging Apple now but I’m worried they’ll just send another replacement and it’ll happen yet again.

Anyone have this issue?

I’ve reset, reconnected, all the basics.
