Parents are in their 80s with a big house and big lot. They need to downsize.

Aruba is our go to for non-AI and we love that we can walk off the property to walk/run along the paths.
We are looking for an adults only AI where we can do the same. Or if the property is large enough, we’d consider walking on the grounds.
