Insane hot flashes and cold sweats, advice?

Hey guys, I've been taking approx 250-300 mgs a day of powder 7oh, and the withdrawals are absolutely killing me. Most of the symptoms are manageable for me, but the only thing that's been absolutely unbearable for me is the constant hot flashes and cold sweats. It's so bad I can barely function. Please give me some advice on how to deal with this, I'm willing to try anything please and thank you.

Upgraded from AirPods Pro 2 to Pro 3s and honestly... I kind of hate them. Anyone else?

I’ve had every iteration of the AirPods Pro line—from the 1st gen, to the 2nd gen, and now what Apple is essentially positioning as the "3rd gen" form factor. Chalk it up to me being a bit irresponsible and losing them too much lol, but I am a massive power user.

I probably spend 16+ hours a day with at least one bud in my ear listening to podcasts, YouTube, or music during work and driving (the Bluetooth EMF is probably scrambling my brains at this point).

Recently, I lost the left bud of my beloved APP2. I was going to replace it, but I saw an amazing deal on the new Pro 3s for $169.99 brand new and caved. I thought I’d be getting an upgraded, premium experience. I was wrong.

Here are my thoughts after a few days of use:

The Cons:

  • Cheap Build Quality: The first thing I noticed is that the case feels incredibly cheap and flimsy. Lots of creaks and squeaks right out of the box.
  • The No-Button Setup is Awful: Getting rid of the physical pairing button was a mistake. The haptic tap mechanism to pair is just bad. It took me 20 minutes just to get them paired to my iPhone because it wasn't recognizing my taps to enter pairing mode.
  • Fit and Comfort (The Dealbreaker): They feel really weird and uncomfortable. They stick out way more, look kind of goofy, and make my ears sore after an hour.
  • Artificial Transparency: To my ears, the transparency mode sounds way more tinny and artificial compared to the transparency on the APP2.

The Pros:

  • Sound & ANC: I will say the ANC is slightly better, and the overall sound quality and bass have a noticeable bump.

Final Thoughts:

For my amount of daily use, comfort is king, and these just aren't hitting the mark. I’m thinking I’m probably going to return these and just buy a replacement bud for my APP2.

Has anyone else transitioned to this newer design from the older Pros and experienced similar issues with comfort and build quality? Or did I just get a dud?

MX Master 4 buttons not working between my Mac screens while linked

I use both an iMac and MacBook Pro for work and have them linked so the cursor moves seamlessly between screens. However, while the mouse tracks and scrolls correctly, the click buttons don't work unless I manually switch connectivity using the hardware button on the mouse.

I have Logitech Options installed on both machines, and the mouse is paired to both, but the buttons only function when the physical switch is set to the active screen. Is there a way to enable full button functionality on both computers simultaneously while they remain linked? Thanks.
