Anything other than the pure hockey sale ontop of their clearance items?

went biking on the east river parkway recently, and by god i felt like one of those sharks that just filter feeds by swimming through piles of plankton. wasn't an issue on the west river parkway, but just swarms and swarms and swarms on the east river.

as a transplant that isn't used to this and didn't see them 2 weeks ago on the same path.... are they here for the summer? just a couple weeks?

it was almost impossible to bike through there without breathing exclusively through my nose to avoid eating bugs. also was covered in them and just didn't enjoy the experience.

This is both a rant and advice seeking.

What the hell has happened to waterbottles. I only have a pure hockey in my area, and as such am limited by their stock for some hydration vessels. I always used the gatorade brand ones and they worked great till i lost em or broke em. For some reason, this tried and true method is something pure hockey hates and got rid of gatorade. Now its Cwench, Howies, or A/R. Cwench is an ugly ass color but also just leaks to high heaven. A/R seems like it has maybe a total of 3 thread on the thing, cap doesn't sit evenly and guess what, it leaks. Howie's waterbottle also looks like the ugliest thing I've set my eyes on.

Im on bottle number like 4 in the last 2 months. what is going on
