1995 Vulcan 500 - 4k miles

Im looking for my first bike for and i really like the look of this (wish the handlebars weren’t so high but whatever) but i’m concerned about it having such little miles for a 1995 bike. Should i be weary of it? he says he cleaned all the fluids & carbs 2 months ago. What should i be looking for when i see the bike? i talked him down from 2k to $1500. I’ll take any advice you can give, thanks!

‘89 Suzuki Intruder for first bike?

So i recently moved less than a mile away from work and my first thought was - MOTORCYCLE! - i’ve always loved cruisers, nothing else really ever caught my eye. I was looking at 125’s or Rebel 250’s like every new rider does but then i stumbled on this ‘89 intruder 750 with 44k miles for $1200. I immediately fell in love with the look and color of the bike, i love the chopper/bobber kind of look. I’m mainly concerned i’d be wrenching more than riding pretty much, i’m gonna go sit on some bikes at a local dealer this weekend to get a feel for the weight. any suggestions or insight anybody could provide? Thanks!

‘89 suzuki intruder vs ‘03 Kawasaki Vulcan

Hey everyone, i’m looking to buy my first motorcycle right now. I have fallen in love with the ‘89 Suzuki intruder, it’s just so beautiful to me i absolutely love the color and how it looks. The one in my area has 44k miles on it, i’m mostly just worried about the mileage as i really don’t know a whole lot about bikes. im somewhat mechanically inclined, i worked at valvoline and can do basic maintenance. Then on the other hand there’s the 03 kawasaki vulcan with only 7k miles on it, which isn’t my favorite looking bike but i definitely still like it. Just looking for some direction here, thanks guys.

27M just got my permit, looking to spend under $2,000.00 (i know i know) I’ve been looking at cruisers, as i feel like those would be most comfortable for a shorter guy like myself (5’7”) I was playing with the idea of a rebel 250 or something. I’ve been on marketplace and i’ve seen a lot of 1990’s nighthawks that honestly look so sick, the vintage look is pretty sweet but im not trying to turn a wrench more than i ride. i’m just mechanically inclined enough to have worked at valvoline while in school lol. Then i see a lot of shadows and Vulcans but theyre all like 750cc+ and everywhere i look gives me mixed opinions on if that’s an appropriate starting point or not. i just wanna cruise and learn, i don’t need to impress anybody with my speed or flashiness. i’d appreciate any advice!
