Okay,so I'm not gonna include shit like the revolt or revolution because those were very valid things that he has done,and thermostat is mostly about his mistakes.

He used the public persona of a saintess to sell poisonous fluid mixed with red wine to thousands of people,which led to their death.He was also conspiring with yukimasa(who is a mass murderer) to make a scamming scheme when he woukd sell literal poison to people without them knowing.

3)duty neglecting.

He neglected his duties after odilon's death,drinking alcohol and putting all the work on his assistants.

4)torturing and illegal imprisonment.

He sent out an order to hunt down and kidnap a minor,cut off her hand,locked her up and physi ally abused her for her elixir.

5)mass murder.

He poisoned and murdered almost everyone in the city .

And that's ONLY REQUIEM.

1)illegal crime activity

He is a mafia leader,which obviously means that he killed and corrupted.
