I signed up like 5 months ago and just noticed I was being charged the full $92.99 without the $30 monthly discount.
It took 30 minutes on the phone and the customer service agent finally applied the discount but then claimed I wouldn’t receive credit for the past 5 months of payments.
After complaining and 15 minutes more of being on hold they finally added the credit.

Check your bills people, can’t imagine how many people would be blindly paying the full amount because of what they claim is a “technical glitch”
