I want to track my studies and i want to know how much syllabus i have left , etc.,

if there someone who can tell me how to control my sleep i have been sleeping like 10-12 hours in a day 😭😭

I'm in bsc. maths 1st year and i have focus on my studies but im not satisfied or i can't do every goal of my tofdo list.... it's been 15-20 days i haven't touched Calculus and moreover my calculus is fav sub and i have been like this i can't believe myself and when i try to do calculus i just feel like i can't do..... it's like I'm running away but i know i can do it but i can't make my mind to do.... im just in confusion how to study and how to manage everything!!!!!!!
