I was checking the tv tropes page and found a Winx club video, skip to 00:35 and hear this sound effect when Roxy lands on to her mother. It’s also heard in Princess Robot Bubblegum (Via GTA V) when Saki hugs one of the titular character’s legs after her transformation, the sound is also in Cookie Run Kingdom when you pull a gacha and get a rare cookie and in My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong As I Expected when Saika Totsuka’s sparkle scene shows up. Is this sound effect familiar or not.
