Mentally i have been at worst stage possible i got into gambling last month i had profit of 670$ now i am in approx 1000$ loss and i genuinely need to recover it because if my parents find out its over for me can you genuinely suggest how do i stop gambling and recover this money where i live there arent any jobs normally available like working at a fast food place or anything plus im still completing my education so i really need help if you can help please tell me on how to earn money if there is a side hustle or i can work for anyone of you. 4-5 days ago i posted on reddit that how much anxious i am because i lost money in gambling i had 670$ in profit it went to 200$ loss now its 570$ loss it keeps growing and i actually wanna stop im 20M and i dont want my parents to know about this as well please help me how do i stop this addiction

So i am basically typing all this to vent out my feelings if you read this would love to see if any of you can help me

So im 20 rn i used to gamble before and was down 20000(200$) still a big amount as i was 17-18 that time then i stopped wasnt gambling or anything now but recently stake website had a glitch type so i got free 80$ basically i was very happy like lets go and then i said lets play a little so i played daily for a week i made it 670$ its was like full profit in my crypto account then yesterday happened i couldn’t fall asleep it was 2:20 am and you can guess what happened little by little i lost it all from 670 it went to 100 i got it back to 400$ but still couldn’t stop and it got 0 couldn’t even sleep with this much anxiety and when i woke up deposited another 100$ from my own money and lost it too i am very anxious rn and scared that i dont harm my self can anyone advise me what to do and how do i stop this from happening again i dont wanna gamble but i just wanna recover my 100$ again please advise me and put some sense in me way to anxious and scared as i might harm my self

Im giving my cfa exam on 24th august and im only done with alt investments, corporate issuers, lil bit of equity and 1/4 fixed income what are my odds of passing the exam and or should i defer as i face alot of issues with my attention plus i have a internship till 1 st week of july( which im thinking to quit to study for cfa) please give suggestions i was thinking to study from let me explain yt channel btw
