I had my first interview for a process engineer position a week ago. Until this morning, the portal showed it as an active application and now it’s updated to “Thank you for your interest, we are moving forward with other candidates”. I haven’t received an email from HR yet. I’m gutted because I thought the interview went well. Is the portal update the final decision?
