3 years bachelors

I am trying to do my bachelors in IT field in foreign affiliated colleges. And some of them have 3 years program. And they have 120+ credit hours . It's Malaysian. It's a bit cheaper than other 4 years and many tu affiliated

8 lakhs for 3 years . Is it good ? Will i have problem going abroad in future? Many of my friends and elders are saying to avoid it ? Someone in this field or pursuing this program

?

Studying in Germany anyone?

I completed my 12th this year in Science with computer (pcm)and thinking about europe for bachelors in IT , it seems that Germany is a really good option for someone in my place ,due to the great reputation in technical courses and affordable education fee .

It will be a huge help for me if anyone who is knowledgeable to tell me about it. Thank you.
