To parents of young kiddos, what has your experience been with your kid’s elementary school?
My kiddo is starting kindergarten next school year, and I’m looking to see what school would be a good fit. I’m from the paramount area but will be working in downtown Long Beach. I’m thinking of enrolling him close to my work instead of home.

I think that I might find it hard to feel stable (KoP rx) but will develop my analytical skills (QoS). I might be able to fully express myself (KoW rx) but will eventually find fulfillment (AoC) ?

I think it will be a heavy workload that I will carry (10 of wands) but will eventually find recognition (6 of wands) despite working under rigid authority (emperor rx)

I think i will find some support (5 of pentacles rx) but will not be an easy fix or transition (5 of cups). I might feel free though (hanged man rx).
Q4 what should I know about pursuing this career path?: 6 of swords, justice rx, 9 of pentacles
I think I will be heading into something more manageable (6 of swords) but encounter situations where I have be careful about being fair (justice rx) (??) and I will eventually find my footing and independence (9 of pentacles)

what does my future look like if I switch to tax: 2 of swords, 2 of wands, 7 of swords
What I think: I think audit is something that I am comfortable with and not ready to let go (8 of cups rx) and it will bring me the stability that I want (king of pentacles) but will make me feel like I lost on another opportunity (ace of pentacles rx)
I think tax is a difficult choice (2 of swords) that I am thinking about growing in (2 of wands) but I will have to be very strategic in (?????) (7 of swords).

I asked my deck for advice on being successful in my internship this summer. I think I understood what the three card spread was telling me. I understood that I should continue to be resilient and stand my ground at work (7 of wands), focus my efforts towards a clear path (page of wands rx), and to stay flexible in managing my responsibilities (two of pentacles).
But then I got the 7 of words as back of the deck energy. I was really confused so I pulled two more cards to clarify that. I’m not sure if this is pointing to being weary of office politics or of being taken advantage of/lied to??

Context: we ended things in November last year due to him dealing with immigration/visa issues. It’s been hard for me to move on because he was the best guy I’ve ever dated and I’ve haven’t run into the best of guys since. We haven’t spoken since we broke up.

I feel like it might be because we both kept the relationship alive even though we both knew it wouldn’t work out (7 of swords rx). Felt like we were “lying” to ourselves about the reality. Despite that I still felt like there was ways to keep each other (wheel of fortune) but the reality is that this chapter ended when we split (world card).

I’ve gotten queen of cups when I’ve asked for advice for a few weeks now. I really have to listen to keeping my balance and and setting boundaries with others. I need to stay confident and determined (7 of wands) to take my time to reflect on what I really want (4 of cups).
I did this spread for an internship I start tomorrow. First row is what to expect from my internship and second row is advice.
First row (what to expect):
King of swords, 6 of cups, 7 of swords
Second row (advice):
9 of pentacles rx, 8 of swords, 10 of cups rx and the high priestess (came out together).
This spread genuinely made me nervous lol. Once I saw the king of swords pop out first, for some reason I knew that this represented a person. I just can’t shake that feeling. It might be a manager, senior, etc that is very direct and detailed. My interpretation is that this person may reach me through some sort of nostalgia or reach me through my “innocence” (6 of cups) to deceive me (7 of swords)?? It’s interesting how swords surround the 6 of cups. This made me nervous.
For the second spread, I’m having a harder time understanding, esp with the high priestess at the end. Maybe this is telling me to not make my focus on outward displays (9 of pentacles rx) because it can result in self-imposed suffering (8 of swords) trying to keep up that fake appearance. Maybe that points to the 10 of cups rx (being unhappy). The high priestess I feel is letting me know that I should trust how I feel to reverse it. Another way I thought could be seen as that to be weary of bad work-life balance (9 of pent rx) that can lead to unhappiness. I also saw that the 10 of cups rx could also point to a hostile work environment…

context: we dated for a short while but things ended ~2-3 weeks ago. We had to spend the day together cos of an event with mostly his family there yesterday. I thought he was going to be awkward or ignore me, but he basically stuck to me like glue the entire day.

my interpretation: think we both are kinda stuck in the past (8 of cups rx). The energy feels emotionally stuck. Honestly, our last talk was very superficial and it might be why we both might feel like things aren't resolved. For the knight of wands, does this mean he thinks of me as promiscuous?? Or maybe someone who is bold and passionate? For the justice card, maybe he feels that I am treating him fairly. For the 2 of wands reversed, I think it points to the 8 of cups rx. There is no clear next move if there even is one at all.

My interpretation is that I feel like there’s avoidance and self-doubt but I want to move forward with a plan and clarity. I think that he might feel positively towards me but is withdrawn. He came up as the king of cups upright before. Now it is reversed. As for outcome, we are not aligning and things are stale. There might have to be some compromise. For the advice, I’m getting that there needs to be persistence?

My interpretation: I think he is mind over matter. He’s trying to find a balance between his emotions and logic. This card seems cold to me. For me, I think I see connection and opportunity. I think there is potential but perhaps I am being too idealistic. As for us, I think there can be security and stability for us. I wasn’t too sure how to interpret this card though. Maybe there can be warmth and a sense of grounding? I thought it was interesting how the king and queen are facing the lovers card. The king is facing straight ahead while the queen is facing downward.

FYI: I am Mexican American and fluent in Spanish. I lived in CDMX for ~2 yrs but never explored nightlife since I was in a relationship and constantly with family (covid era too)….
So anyways. I’m visiting next month and I’d love to finally see how the nightlife is there. I’d love to see some DJs perform, dance, and just have a great time. I’ve heard Zona Rosa is a good area to explore?

Does anyone know if the school will let you know if you were awarded a scholarship before the banquet? Or will you know during the actual banquet? It’s my first year applying and I don’t know what to expect. The commute there is 1.5 hours back and forth… just trying to see if it will be worth my time…
