Tired of Breaking Promises to Yourself? Let Me Be Your Accountability Partner!

Hey everyone! I'm 29M from India (IST), and I'm here to help you stop procrastinating and start showing up for yourself.

I know what transformation takes. I used to be skinny, but after COVID, I worked on myself and built a fitter version of me through discipline and consistency. Recently, I also managed to lose 2 kg in a week while working toward my goals.

Alongside my office job, I manage gym, running, cycling, and pickleball. I'm not saying this to brag, but to show that a busy schedule doesn't have to be an excuse.

Here's how I can help you:

Random check-ins to make sure you're staying on track.

Food, workout, and daily routine tracking.

Progress updates and pictures to keep you honest about your efforts.

Calls, chats, or whichever platform works best for you.

A strict accountability partner who will call you out when you make excuses instead of blindly motivating you.

Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness, better habits, or simply becoming more disciplined, I'll help you stay committed to the plan you set for yourself.

.

If you're genuinely ready to change, DM me. Let's turn your goals into action!

Anyone else feel like they have zero actual friends?

I’m(M28) busy with work most days, so I don’t really notice it. But on my days off, it hits me—no plans, no random calls, no chats, nobody asking what I’m doing.

I usually end up scrolling reels just to pass the time. And sometimes I think about how nice it would be to have even one person I could call, whether I need help with something or just feel like talking.

I don’t want a huge friend circle. Honestly, one or two people who genuinely show up would be enough.

I’ve been working in wellness for 7+ years mainly around diet planning, skin issues, and weight management. I’ve collaborated with 2000+ doctors and been part of helping a lot of patients over time.

I’m thinking of offering a free first consultation / plan for anyone who wants to try it once (no pressure, just to see if it helps).

Would you actually be open to trying something like this?

would you actually try this if it genuinely worked?

If a guy is not the best looking, but decent and genuine — what actually makes you notice him first?

Is it confidence? body language? how he talks? or something else completely?

Be brutally honest… what’s that one thing that makes you go “okay, there’s something about him”?
