What's your Favorite Advanced Mission

Do you prefer Progressive Scoring or Face-off? of those do you have a favorite one to play?

I find that randomizing the mission encourages list diversity. A list that dominates King of The Hill wouldn't necessarily do well at Relic Hunt or Domination.

On that note what do you think of Side Missions? If you run them, how do you prefer to do it? I never have used them, but think shared/random is the most fair, but there might also be interesting options for Shared/Limited or Shared/Free in terms of building your list around them.

General Question on Unbalanced Encounters

I'm trying to plan out a final boss encounter for level 10 characters, but they will have access to gear well above their level. I'm thinking apex items, +3 major striking, all that jazz. What sort of fiend would be appropriate severe challenge for 3 players completely kitted out like that? From my gut reaction I would say 14 or 15? but I could be totally off base.

Mage: The Ascension

Explanation: >!Magic is really only safe to use if most people believe that it can work. Mages have to do whatever they can to get their beliefs into the public consciousness. Whether it's through a widly spread metaphor about a cat in a box, religious practices, or, yes, 'mis'information.!<
