Question regarding the Moongazer Quest and the False Sky

I have recently finished the Moongazer Worldquest and was left with one question. The quest takes place on the Frost Moon, which got pulled into the False Sky in the Nod-Krai AQ. Does that mean, that the "Space" we see and traverse in the Moongazer quest is also part of the false sky? How "high" does the False Sky reach? Were we able to breathe on the Frost Moon without any problem, because it's inside the False Sky? Or is my approach completely wrong and the False Sky can't be seen as a kind of "physical border", but rather it works exactly like the Moon Veil in Ungien's Circle?

Im simply wondering whether there is consistent Lore about the False Sky to explain all this already, or if we have to wait for Hoyo to reveal the big Picture.

Sorry if my questions are kinda trivial or something, but this just confuses me a bit.

Went swimming with my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, now it won't turn on

Last year I went swimming with the watch all the time, even in salt water ocean, worked perfectly fine with the water mode. Now today, I went swimming the first time again this year, normally turned on the water mode like always. Shortly after going into the water, I got a brief message about watch cooling or something? The popup was gone as fast as it came, didn't think anything of it. All i could read was something along "Your watch is cooled, you can use it now". When I got out of the water, the watch wouldn't turn on anymore and the sensor on the back looks kinda borked, like you can see on the picture. Is my watch broken now? How could this have happened? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
