How to play against Vladimir?

Just had the worst game of my career as Veigar against a Vladimir and i can't even put into words my frustration playing against this unbalanced mess.

How can i counter him in future games? (except banning of course)

I really don't want to return it and the bottom-right corner is the one that is kinda bothering me. Do you think i should return it or is it something i could get used to?
