Dorm threw away friend’s things

Hi there! So I’ve got a friend that used the over summer storage in the Stephenson east dorm and just got back here only to find out that they threw away all of their things without notifying them at all. According to the RED they aren’t supposed to throw away anyone’s things without notification in a 60 day period but I can’t find anything official on the housing website. Planning on calling the dean’s office to try and see if they can get compensation for the damages because the contents of both boxes easily totaled up to over several hundred dollars worth of winter clothes that they cannot afford to replace. Does anyone have any resources or advice for what should be done? They said that last time they were in the storage area they saw several boxes that were SEVERAL years old so it makes very little sense as to why they would’ve thrown away their things so quickly.

Need help picking dyes

I’m hoping the change my hair color soon and really want to attempt something a bit more challenging this time as I’ve been dyeing my own hair for years now. I’ve attached a picture of what I’m aiming for but I’m really not sure what dyes to use for it, I want to stick with semi-permanent. Ive heard that good dye young has issues with transferring dye even when the hair is properly washed and dried, is that true? Ive primarily used arctic fox in the past but I’m not sure if they have the colors I’m really looking for. I’m hoping to keep things as budget friendly as possible.

TLDR: need semi-permanent dye recs that won’t break the bank. Worried about transferring/bleeding with good dye young. Am familiar with arctic fox.

Wisdom teeth removal

Hey! So I just need some advice because I’m having to get my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist I go to only does anesthesia to where you’re fully numb but still awake so I’m having to decide if it would be worth the extra cost to refer out of my usual dentist to be put fully under for the procedure. The surgeon said that he doesn’t think my tics would cause any trouble on his end but I’m nervous that even even if i don’t have issues with tics during the surgery I’ll still be awake and stuck with the uncomfortable feeling of needing to tic but being unable to on top of the fact that dentists already make me very nervous. Does anyone have any sort of experience with this kind of thing? I’ve not had a procedure like this since before my Tourette’s even developed so I’m really in the dark here. Any advice is greatly appreciated! I’m in the US if that’s pertinent.
