Is this the new normal

A coworker lost a family member and missed work. The very next day in our team standup, the manager blasted in front of everyone, saying people are being so irresponsible, didn't care to log in, and needed to realize that the business is our bread and butter. The manager routinely uses insulting language like shameless and blind during team meetings. Taking even a single day of sick leave or taking leave informed two months in advance results in aggressive pushback and guilt tactics. Furthermore, team members are constantly pushed to extend their working hours to deliver features early, well before the actual commitment dates.

Is this same accross all projects

A coworker who lost a family member was on leave for 2 days. The very next day in our team standup, the manager blasted in front of everyone, saying he is being so irresponsible, didn't care to log in, and needed to realize that the business is our bread and butter. The manager routinely uses insulting language like shameless and blind during team meetings. Is it how it is ?

Am I the only one feeling this way? The organization lacks empathy and respect, imposing on people to extend their shifts and work on weekends rather than evaluating the planning and resources. We are frequently asked to extend our shifts right at the end of the day because 'it needs to be delivered the same day,' and we're asked to work most weekends at the very last minute on Friday. If someone stands against it, retaliation begins. Is this their strategy to get extra work done for less cost to make upper management happy? Because I don't see anyone bothered about the bottom line."

Thanks everyone

Thanks to this community for helping me figure out my first IEM. After looking through all your recommendations and posts, I bought the 7Hz Salnote Zero 2 paired with a DAC.I also used Gemini to tweak my phone settings to get the best possible outcome, and the audio output is good for me .

Iem within 3000

I'm looking to buy my first IEM and my budget is strictly under ₹3,000. I’ve narrowed my choices down to the Moondrop Chu 2 DSP and the Tangzu Wan'er SG Red Lion Editio, but I’m completely open to other recommendations in this price bracket.

Iem with dac

I'm looking for my very first IEM and DAC setup within a ₹3,000 budget. I have planned to use this for the next few years without upgrading, I want something that offers punchy bass but still keeps the vocals and lyrics perfectly clear. While looking out on the headphone zone using Gemini I have found few options like kz thunder, sf warner 2 read lion, etc.Which would be the best option to pick?

Value for money Iem within 3000

Looking to pick up my first IEM + DAC setup with a total budget of ₹3,000. Based on some AI research, I’ve narrowed my choice to the CCA Phoenix because it's all-rounder with great CNC-metal build quality. is it really good or is there any better options? Also, please suggest a reliable DAC that pairs well with it—I really need this setup to last a long time. Also where to get it from currently I have seen cca on concept kart.
