Has anyone had OSAP keep rejecting their consumer proposal documents?

OSAP keeps telling me I need documentation that includes:
● The date the consumer proposal was filed.
● The date the consumer proposal was annulled.
● A clear statement that the proposal remains annulled as of today and has not been revived or reinstated.
The problem is I already uploaded Form 14 (Administrator’s Final Statement), Form 56 (Notice of Annulment), and Form 58. From what I can tell, these forms already contain the filing date, the annulment date, and information about the proposal.
I’m confused because they just keep rejecting the documents without telling me exactly what’s missing or whether the forms themselves aren’t enough.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Did you have to get a separate letter from your Licensed Insolvency Trustee, or were the official forms supposed to be enough?
For context, my student loans were never included in the consumer proposal, my OSAP loans are in good standing, and I’m not restricted from receiving OSAP.
Any advice would be really appreciated since OSAP is my only way to pay for school.

I’m planning to become a paramedic in Ontario and had a question about my driving record.

My record includes:
● 2 at-fault accidents ( private insurance)
● 2 insurance cancellations ( private inserunce )
● 1 conviction for driving without insurance
● No licence suspensions
● No Criminal Code driving offences
● No demerit points
Would this affect:
1. Getting clinical placements during paramedic school?
2. Getting hired by an Ontario ambulance service after graduation?
Has anyone been hired with a similar driving record, or know how ambulance services look at insurance-related offences? I’d appreciate any firsthand experience.

CAF Reserve Background Check Delayed Since April – No GAMBIT Completion Email Yet

Hey everyone,
I’m applying to the Canadian Army Reserves and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced a delay like this.
My timeline:
● Reliability screening/background check submitted in early April 2026
● GAMBIT/PSPS completed around April 8
● Medical, interview, and FORCE test completed
● No criminal record
● No requests for additional information
The part that’s confusing me is that I still haven’t received an email from GAMBIT saying my screening has been completed.
I followed up with recruiting recently and was told to call back at the end of August. That would put me almost 5 months from when my background screening was completed.
I was born in Syria and moved to Canada about 10 years ago, so I’m wondering if foreign background checks are causing the delay.
Has anyone had a CAF Reserve application sit this long without receiving the GAMBIT completion email? Did your file eventually move forward, and how long did it take?
Any insight would be appreciated.

Army Reserve Medical Assistant (Combat Medic) - How long did your security clearance take?

I’m currently applying to the Army Reserve in Toronto and have already completed my FORCE test, medical, and interview. My file is currently in the background/security stage.
I recently spoke with a Medical Assistant unit because my original trade choices (Combat Engineer and Infantry) are either full or nearly full. The unit told me there is a second security clearance process and that it can take a long time, but they couldn’t provide an estimate.
I was born in Syria but I’m a Canadian citizen and have lived in Canada for many years.
For anyone who joined the Army Reserve as a Medical Assistant or any other trade with a similar background as me :
How long did the second security clearance take?
How long was the total process from application to enrolment?
Did being born outside Canada affect the timeline?
Did you have to wait for the clearance before enrolling or starting training?
I’m just trying to get a realistic idea of whether we’re talking a few months, six months, a year, etc.
Thanks.
Edit : I’ve been on background and security check since April 30
